Graduate Colloquium Series: 2022.5 (McMath, Tomanelli, Rach)

This fifth installment of our 2022 Graduate Colloqium series, will feature Classsics M.A. students Thomas McMacth, and JuliAnne Rach, alongside Anthropology Ph.D. student Lauren Tomanelli, and will be held in Harvill 322C.

Thomas's presentation will be on "Intermediation and Derivation: Origins and Implications of the Neoplatonic Soul-Vehicle."

Lauren will speak on "Syncretization and the Seven Against Thebes".

The topic of JuliAnne's talk is "(Un)like Mother, (Un)like Son: Agrippina the Younger and Nero as Literary Witches."
