My degree directly prepared me for a career in Archaeology. Much of my coursework in Classics was oriented around the material culture of the Classical civilizations. The literature of the Greeks and Romans allows us to get inside their heads and see the world as they did. This, in turn, allows us to better evaluate the material they left behind.
