Two Classics M.A. Students Win Summer Fellowships!

Asia Del Bonis-O'Donnell

The Etruscan Foundation has awarded 1st year Classical Archaeology Emphasis student Asia Del Bonis-O’Donnell a Fieldwork Fellowship to excavate this summer at Campo della Fiera in Orvieto, Italy, under the direction of the University of Arizona and University of Perugia. The Etruscan Foundation established the Fieldwork Fellowship in 2002 to support students participating in fieldwork at Etruscan sites in Italy.

 
Michael Koletsos

1st year Classical Archaeology Emphasis student Michael Koletsos has been awarded a P.E. MacAllister Excavation Fellowship from the American Schools of Oriental Research (ASOR) to excavate at the Jezreel (Israel) Expedition. Established in 2013 through generous gifts made by the family and friends of P. E. MacAllister, fellowship funds have been designated to support the participation of ASOR members as volunteers or staff on excavation projects.
