Summer Funding
UArizona Classics is pleased to offer funding for Classics MA students to participate in archeological field schools in Summer 2024.
To apply, please send a brief statement of interest to Marcela Thompson (marcelathompson@arizona.edu) by May 8, 2024, including the following:
- Your name & UA email address
- Your area of emphasis in the Classics MA program
- The name of the archeological field school you will be participating in during summer 2024, as well as the dates of the program, the costs to participate, and if you have been accepted to the program.
- Please list any other sources of funding received to participate in this field school, and the amounts.
- Briefly state how this field school will support your educational and career goals.
- Please list the name of a UArizona faculty member who can serve as a reference for you.
